What We Hold True To...

The Bible is The Word of God

We believe that the Bible is the inerrant, inspired Word of God and that it is our final authority in all matters of faith and practice. For reasons of textual reliability, we believe that God has preserved His Word for the English speaking people in the King James Version of the Bible.

God the Father

God is a Person, eternally existing, as the Godhead – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – three Persons and yet one God.

Deuteronomy 6:4, Matthew 26:19, I Corinthians 8

God the Son

Jesus Christ, eternally existing, is the only begotten Son of God, who lived a sinless life as He was God manifested if the flesh, the express image of God.

He was born of a virgin and is 100% God and 100% man.

God the Holy Spirit

The Holy Spirit of God lives on this earth inside your body if you are saved. He came in at the moment of salvation and took up permanent residency.

Sacrifice of Christ

The Lord Jesus Christ suffered and died as a substitutionary payment for the sins of the whole world. He physically arose from the dead and then ascended into Heaven. Simple faith in this sacrifice is the ONLY WAY of salvation for mankind.

Sin

Man was created in the image of God but fell through sin, bringing not only physical death, but also spiritual death or eternal separation from God.

Now all of mankind exists as a fallen race (only one race on earth - not many races - so get past your racist views!

You are no better than any other colored skin!) with an inherited sinful nature made in Adam's image.

Once born again mankind can begin to be conformed into the image of Christ.

End Times

Jesus Christ Himself will soon come again in the air to catch up (Rapture) His Church to reward their service (Judgment Seat of Christ).

The unbelievers left behind will go through a period called the Tribulation, after which Christ will return to the Earth to set up His Kingdom (Kingdom of Heaven) of one thousand years of righteous rule. After this, the unbelievers of all ages along with all new believers will stand at the Great White Throne to be judged and some will be rewarded and others cast into the Lake of Fire, separated from God forever, while the believers spend eternity in the fullness of joy in Heaven with the Lord.

Local Church

The local church is a group of believers baptized by water, banded together for edification, exhortation, and evangelism as commanded by Christ in the Great Commission; preaching the Gospel to every creature.
